Catherine has been practicing in the area of Immigration & Nationality Law for ten years. She has extensive experience handling cases such as: deportation defense, U-visas for victims of crimes, and VAWA (violence against women petitions). Catherine also handles cases in which complex criminal conviction issues are present. Catherine also handles H-1B, non-immigrant worker petitions, as well as other non-immigrant visas; she also has experience in processing PERM and employment based immigrant visa cases.
